Easy breezy, beautiful fall evening. No rain, mild temps meant a trip down the nature trail.
While we ran more tonight than I think we did last night, we still wound up walking alot. All together it was close to three miles. There was almost no one out (imagine that), so we had the trail to ourselves mostly. One guy blew past us doing a nice jog succeeding in two things: scaring the shit out of us and making me feel guilty for walking. But then we started laughing again and it didn’t matter.
With the holidays coming into full swing the next couple of days, it has been decided to lay off. Don’t worry though, I’ll be back at it this weekend (after I recover from my first retail Black Friday).
